The Clintons ensured that the Chelsea Clinton wedding will be very private and solemn so the security was really tight at the vicinity of the venue. To compensate for the trouble the neighbors near the wedding site received bottles of wine. The sky above was also declared a no-fly zone by federal aviation officials. Hundred of guests exclusively invited by the family gathered at the historic event for the Clintons.

The Chelsea Wedding was officiated by a rabbi and a reverend since Chelsea is a Methodist and Mezvinsky is Jewish. A poem by Leo Marks was recited at the wedding ceremony. The poem was entitled, “The Life That I Have”

Chelsea was wearing a strapless white gown with a full skirt and silver beading around the waist and carrying a bouquet of white flowers, was escorted down the aisle by her father. The former president and the groom wore dark suits, while the mother of the bride wore a fuchsia dress.

Congratulations to Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky!
