Erykah Badu Will Face Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct | read this item

Erykah Badu, the American recording artist, record producer and actress has created buzz in the world wide web recently because of her music video of her song ‘Window Seat’ wherein she stripped all the way until shot right in the same place where JFK was assassinated. The music was shot without a crew last March 17 in the Dealy Plaza.

The Dallas Police were planning to file charges against her that day but there were no witneses came out. She shot the music video with children watching as she did it. A Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct has been cited to file against her.

“One witness did come forward yesterday, thus leading to the charges filed today,” a statement from Dallas Police said Friday. If Badu would be proven guilty for this, she would be fined $500. She has the option to contest the charges in the court or simply pay the fine.
