John Lennon’s 70th Birthday Celebrated by YouTube – The number one video sharing site, YouTube which is also owned by Google had also tweaked their logo and included an impression of John Lennon. The YouTube logo was seldom tweaked compared to the famous Google Doodle. This only means that John Lennon is someone who deserves such recognition.

John Lennon could have been alive today if not for what happened to him way back in December 1980. He was murdered by an obsessed fan while going into his apartment. That same fan did asked for an autograph of John Lennon earlier that day.

Truly, people who had been so passionate about others and about society most of the time ends up in a brutal death but their memory lives for ever.

Here are two songs of John Lennon, “Imagine” and “Give Peace a Chance” as we celebrate with YouTube on John Lennon.
