NBA Pre-Season Update: Miami Heats Takes Television Primetime – It would seem that Miami Heat will be getting a lot of television primetime due to the star power Pat Riley managed to assemble during pre-season. The Miami Heat will have a game on the 2010-2011 opening and also on Christmas Day.
The regular season for the NBA 2010-2011 season will begin on October 26, 2010 and will end on April 13, 2011. Based on TNT schedules the Miami Heat will be facing the Boston Celtics. The next game will feature the Los Angeles Lakers’ championship ring and banner ceremony and their debut game against the Houston Rockets. Games begins at 7:30pm ET.
Miami Heat will also be playing a game broadcasted on primetime on Christmas day. The games featured on ABC will be the game between Boston Celtics and the Orlando Magic and the Los Angeles Lakers vs the Miami Heat. Game starts at 2:00pm ET.
Besides these two interesting and premium schedules of the Miami Heat, they will also be playing a road game after their opener against the Philadelphia 76ers on October 27.
The first game of the Miami Heat in their home arena will be on October 28. This game will be against Orlando Magic and will be against Miami Heat former Heat coach Stan Van Gundy and All-Star center Dwight Howard.
